Responsibilities

• Run shifts smoothly by greeting guests, managing seating, and coordinating order flow with the kitchen.
• Operate the POS to take orders and process payments with accurate cash handling.
• Maintain dining cleanliness and quick table turns during peak periods.
• Monitor stock levels of service items and report shortages for replenishment.
• Create positive guest moments, up-sell dishes, and gather feedback for improvement.
