Job summary

Private Advertiser is hiring for a front desk/customer service role in Malaysia. You will welcome customers, handle enquiries, manage appointments and payments, and maintain accurate records for customers, sales, packages and memberships.

The role requires comfortable cash handling, basic IT skills (WhatsApp, Sheets, Excel) and the ability to work shifts including weekends and public holidays. Malaysian citizen or eligible to work in Malaysia is expected.

Qualifications

• Friendly and approachable personality with strong people skills.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin at communicative level.
• Basic IT skills including messaging apps and spreadsheets.
• Experience in spa, wellness, beauty or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and assist with enquiries.
• Manage appointments, walk-ins, rescheduling and cancellations.
• Respond promptly to WhatsApp, phone calls and social media enquiries.
• Coordinate therapist schedules and assign customers fairly and efficiently.
• Handle payments, issue receipts and perform daily cash reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate customer, sales, package and membership records.
• Support basic administrative work, data entry and daily reports.
