Job summary

Auto Bavaria Malaysia, part of Sime Darby Motors, seeks a Customer Service Officer based in Kuala Lumpur to handle complaints and service requests with courtesy and professionalism.

You will log, track and resolve inquiries, coordinate with other departments, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced automotive retail environment. Auto Bavaria is a large BMW dealer network with multiple locations; join a team dedicated to excellence.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow up and close customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Offer a high level of customer service and respond to all customer complaints / requests in a polite and courteous manner.
• Log all customer complaints and queries received into the department via fax, letter, e-mail, internal form and telephone.
• Effectively communicates with customers by composing accurate, prompt and effective replies to letters, faxes and phone calls.
• Progress all existing customer issues and update the status to management and customers regularly.
• Interface with other departments as necessary to insure customer complaints or service requests are being attended to in a timely manner.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain the effective operation of the complaints handling process, documentation, setting and meeting target time limits and other requirements.
• Classify and then analyze complaints to identify reoccurring and single incident problems and trends and to initiate improvements to eliminate the underlying causes of complaints.
