One of the renowned HOTEL GROUP in Singapore is seeking a cheerful and friendly Front Office Executive. Fresh graduates are welcome and no hotel experience is required as training will be provided.

You will warmly welcome guests, handle check-ins/outs, respond to inquiries, assist with reservations, and coordinate with service teams to ensure guest satisfaction. This is a 5-days work week and on-site position.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally, ensuring smooth and efficient check-in and check-out procedures
• Respond to customer enquiries, requests, and concerns in a friendly, timely, and courteous manner
• Assist with reservations, table or room allocations, billing, and payment processing accurately through the system
• Work closely with service and kitchen teams to ensure all guest needs are addressed effectively
• Keep guest records accurate and follow established operational procedures
