Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a highly motivated Fresh Graduate AI Engineer to join our AI team in Malaysia. You will design and build LLM-based skills, agents, and tools to enable intelligent workflows and faster product development.

You will leverage AI coding assistants to accelerate front-end and back-end coding, integrate AI capabilities into business applications, and stay updated on the latest LLM trends to improve engineering efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• Strong understanding of LLM concepts: Prompt engineering, function calling, context windows, RAG.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-based Agents or custom Skills/Tools.
• Experience writing, refactoring, and building end-to-end full-stack prototypes using AI tools.
• Strong logical reasoning, fast learner, and proactive troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• LLM & Skill/Agent development: Design, develop, and maintain Skills, prompts, and intelligent Agents.
• AI-Assisted Full-Stack Coding: Use AI coding assistants to generate and refactor code for frontend and backend.
• Front-End & Back-End Integration: Integrate AI capabilities into web applications for intuitive user experiences.
• AI Technology Exploration: Stay updated on LLM trends and best practices to boost efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work with PMs, data engineers, and tech leads to translate requirements into tech solutions.
