You will leverage AI coding assistants to accelerate front-end and back-end coding, integrate AI capabilities into business applications, and stay updated on the latest LLM trends to improve engineering efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• Strong understanding of LLM concepts: Prompt engineering, function calling, context windows, RAG.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-based Agents or custom Skills/Tools.
• Experience writing, refactoring, and building end-to-end full-stack prototypes using AI tools.
• Strong logical reasoning, fast learner, and proactive troubleshooting.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of AI application development, responsible for building intelligent Skills/Agents, optimizing LLM workflows, and leveraging cutting-edge AI coding tools for efficient full-stack development. Key Responsibilities

LLM & Skill/Agent Development: Design, develop, and maintain custom Skills, prompt templates, and intelligent Agents based on Large Language Models (leveraging architectures like ReAct, Tool Use, or Task Planning).

AI-Assisted Full-Stack Coding: Leverage AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor) to perform rapid, high-quality front-end and back-end code generation, refactoring, and debugging.

Front-End & Back-End Integration: Participate in web application development, seamlessly integrating AI capabilities (API / LLM services) into business systems to deliver intuitive user experiences.

AI Technology Exploration: Stay updated with the latest LLM trends (e.g., RAG, fine-tuning, Prompt Engineering, Function Calling) and explore best practices to boost engineering efficiency.

Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data engineers, and technical leads to translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science, or a related technical field.

LLM Foundations: Strong understanding of core LLM concepts and techniques (e.g., Prompt Engineering, Function Calling, Context Windows, RAG).

Skill / Agent Experience: Hands-on experience or project exposure in building LLM-based Agents or custom Skills/Tools (personal projects, open-source contributions, or internships are a big plus).

Full-Stack AI-Driven Coding: Demonstrated practical experience using AI tools to write, refactor, and build end-to-end full-stack prototypes.

Soft Skills & Languages:

Strong logical reasoning, quick self-learning ability, and proactive troubleshooting skills.
