Qualifications

• Strong training delivery and logical structuring skills.
• Excellent cross-department communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to simplify complex systems and financial concepts into easy-to-understand content.
• More than 3 years of experience in network management, operations management, cost management, training, or related work.

Responsibilities

• Translate financial logic into business language for franchisees.
• Provide franchisee financial knowledge training (income, cost, profit structure).
• Enhance franchisees’ ability to understand data, reports and business results.
• Assist in cost analysis and cost reduction initiatives across regions.
• Support revenue analysis and root-cause analysis of network operations issues.
• Contribute to talent development and training system construction for network management.
