Job summary

Siemens Energy in Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead FPSO Topside and Hull projects across the full lifecycle, from planning to closure. You will drive cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure alignment with technical and commercial objectives for oil and gas applications.

You will negotiate with customers and suppliers, maintain stakeholder relationships, and deliver tailored solutions while upholding Siemens Energy standards and processes in a dynamic project

Qualifications

• PMP and IPMA certifications.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 8+ years in industrial/energy PM.
• Experience leading FPSO projects in Oil & Gas.
• Strong leadership and English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FPSO Topside and Hull project execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams; ensure scope, schedule, and quality.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and profitability; oversee contracts & procurement.
• Act as main customer contact; manage stakeholder expectations.
