Job summary

Etika Group of Companies invites a seasoned Manager, FP&A to drive planning and financial analysis across Malaysia operations. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews, delivering insights to support strategic decisions and drive profit growth.

Responsibilities include managing the Integrated Business Planning cycle, cost and margin analyses, and governance over closing processes. Candidates should have strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and PMO exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or professional qualification.
• Minimum 7–8 years in accounting and finance, with 2–3 years FP&A experience.
• Strong business acumen with interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Meticulous with attention to detail and accuracy.
• PMO exposure and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly planning, forecasting, and IBP with clear financial insights.
• Coordinate annual budgeting with cross-functional inputs.
• Perform comprehensive variance and margin analyses.
• Analyze month-end results and present to senior management.
• Lead AOP and 3-year MTP preparation.
• Review P&L projections for new launches and assess risks.
• Participate in TP analysis and ensure compliance.
• Provide ad hoc financial support for projects and scenarios.
• Support accounting for local and international units (e.g., Singapore).
• Drive process improvements and coach the finance team.
