Job summary

Malayan Flour Mills is seeking an experienced Manager, FP&A to lead financial planning, analysis and business partnering for our operations in Segari, Perak. You will drive budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting to support strategic decision-making.

Reporting to the finance leadership, you will manage a small FP&A team, partner with operations, monitor performance against plan, and identify cost-improvement opportunities while delivering compelling financial insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related discipline.
• 8-12 years of relevant FP&A experience in FP&A, management accounting, or commercial finance.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and management reporting.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, food, agriculture or similar ops is a plus.
• Good understanding of costing and operational financial analysis.
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience leading or developing a finance team.
• Candidates must be willing to relocate to Segari, Perak.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and financial forecasting process.
• Prepare financial analysis and management reports to support decisions.
• Analyze operational and manufacturing costs, variances and performance.
• Partner with Operations and other functions to identify cost improvements.
• Monitor performance against budget/forecast and provide recommendations.
• Support business planning, financial modelling and strategic initiatives.
• Lead and develop the FP&A team.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
