Job summary

Responsibilities include leading annual budget, quarterly forecasts, developing financial models, dashboards in Power BI, and driving finance transformation. Candidates should have 7–10 years FP&A experience and professional qualifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• A professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, ICAEW, or MIA.
• 7 to 10 years of FP&A or commercial finance experience.
• Strong financial modelling skills, with Power BI and AI tools.

We are looking for an FP&A Manager to join Annata's Finance team!

Working as part of the Finance team, the FP&A Manager is responsible for leading planning, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance reporting across the business. You will partner with functional heads to understand key business drivers, provide actionable financial insights, and support strategic decision-making, investment initiatives, and long-term business improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead annual budget, quarterly forecast, and strategic planning processes.
• Develop financial models supporting business initiatives.
• Review and analyze budget submissions from operational departments.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve business performance.
• Support monthly business review meetings with management.

Performance Management

• Develop and monitor investor centric key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Analyze revenue, gross margin, profitability, working capital, and cash flow.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve performance.

Business Partnering

• Partner with functional head of departments to understand business drivers.
• Support pricing, investment, and capital expenditure decisions.
• Conduct profitability and business case analysis.

Reporting & Analytics

• Develop dashboards and management reporting packages.
• Leverage Power BI, AI, and F&O data for insights.
• Produce variance analysis and executive-level reporting.
• Lead the development of automated dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Drive finance transformation and reporting automation initiatives.

Strategic Support

• Support mergers, acquisitions, expansion initiatives, new sales strategies and transformation projects.
• Drive continuous long-term improvement in planning and forecasting processes.

Skills and experience:

Required

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• A professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, ICAEW, or MIA.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in FP&A or commercial finance.
• Strong financial modelling skills, with experience using Power BI and AI tools to turn data into meaningful insights.
