Job summary

Annata is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead planning, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance reporting across the business. You will partner with functional heads to understand drivers and provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions.

Responsibilities include leading annual budget, quarterly forecasts, developing financial models, dashboards in Power BI, and driving finance transformation. Candidates should have 7–10 years FP&A experience and professional qualifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• A professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, ICAEW, or MIA.
• 7 to 10 years of FP&A or commercial finance experience.
• Strong financial modelling skills, with Power BI and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budget, quarterly forecast, and strategic planning processes.
• Develop financial models to support business initiatives.
• Review and analyze budget submissions from operational departments.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve performance.
• Support monthly business review meetings with management.
• Develop dashboards and management reporting packages.
