Job summary

OCBC Bank is establishing a Malaysia hub for its Global Consumer Financial Services Finance team. The Business Performance Analyst will centralize financial data across Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Macau, delivering consolidated results, insights and reports.

You will help drive the finance transformation and standardize budgeting across markets. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting or Economics and 5+ years FP&A, with advanced Excel, Power Query, and knowledge of SQL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (required).
• 5+ years in FP&A, financial reporting, or data analysis in banking/shared services is preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables, Power Query, formulas and macros; familiarity with SQL or similar data tools.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and manage financial data across markets to produce timely, accurate reports.
• Perform variance and trend analyses to identify insights and drive recommendations.
• Standardize budgeting, forecasting practices across markets and support monthly/quarterly closes.
