Job summary

ZALORA Group is seeking an FP&A professional in Kuala Lumpur to act as the Group FP&A liaison, coordinating financial performance reporting and ad-hoc analyses to ensure timely, aligned submissions. The role covers monthly performance packs, variance analysis, KPI dashboards, and cross-functional inputs for forecasting and planning.

The ideal candidate will have ~4 years in FP&A with strong Excel and BI skills, and a solid grasp of accounting and commercial drivers within a fast-paced ecommerce

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
• ~4 years commercial/FP&A experience with planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools.
• Strong understanding of accounting, cost control techniques and commercial drivers.
• Ability to translate data into concise, actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and influence; cross-functional work experience.

Responsibilities

• Group FP&A liaison: coordinate and liaise on all financial performance reporting requirements, timelines and ad-hoc analysis.
• Produce monthly performance packs, consolidated variance analysis, KPI dashboards and adhoc reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis; build enterprise models with inputs from Operations, G&A, Marketing and Commercial teams.
• Develop repeatable processes and automation to scale analysis and reduce manual effort.
