Job summary

Rentalworks is seeking a commercially minded Finance Analyst in Selangor with 3–4 years in Finance, FP&A or related fields. You will support financial analysis, management reporting, forecasting, and cash-flow management while leveraging AI tools to automate processes and generate insights.

Experience in budgeting, variance analysis and financial modelling, plus strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP/accounting systems, are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in Finance, Financial Analysis, FP&A, Audit, Banking or Financial Services.
• Big 4 audit or banking experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial modelling.
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP and preferably Power Query.
• Able to communicate financial findings clearly to management.

Responsibilities

• Support financial analysis, management reporting, forecasting and cash-flow management.
• Assist in business decision-making with financial insights.
• Build and improve financial models and reporting templates.
• Analyse trends, risks and opportunities and present findings to management.
• Work with ERP/accounting systems and reporting tools to ensure accuracy.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance finance productivity and analytics.
