Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience with warehouse operations, compliance, and supplier governance.
• Proficiency in SAP/TMS, inventory control, and performance metric tracking.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable decisions and improvements.
• Technical proficiency in monitoring logistics KPIs and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics operations for inbound, interplant, and outbound shipments of materials, equipment, and finished goods.
• Provide dock operations ownership to support site start-up, ramp, and steady-state logistics execution.
• Monitor and drive performance against logistics KPIs, compliance requirements, and standards.
• Analyze logistics processes and data to identify inefficiencies, defects, and opportunities for improvement.
• Track, escalate, and resolve shipping, warehouse, carrier, and execution exceptions to ensure continuity of deliveries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external logistics providers to optimize supply chain execution.
