Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 4 years of logistics operations or 3 years with a Master's degree.
• Experience owning end-to-end execution in warehouse operations and supplier governance.
• Proficiency in SAP/WMS systems and KPI tracking with corrective actions.
• Strong analytical skills translating data into actionable decisions and improvements.
• Proficiency in monitoring logistics KPIs and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics operations for inbound, interplant, and outbound shipments ensuring continuity of deliveries.
• Provide dock operations ownership to support site start-up, ramp, and steady-state execution.
• Monitor performance against logistics KPIs, compliance, and standards.
• Analyze processes and data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Track and resolve shipping, warehouse, carrier, and execution exceptions.
• Lead escalations to minimize disruptions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external providers to optimize supply chain execution.
• Leverage analytical and digital tools to enhance cost, speed, quality, and reliability.
• Deliver regular updates on logistics performance, risk, and readiness.
