Preferred Qualifications- Minimum 4 years of experience in logistics operations or 3PL management with a Bachelor's degree, 3 years with a Master's degree, or 0 years with a PhD. - Proven ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced operational conditions. - Track record of initiative, independence, and delivering results in ambiguous situations. - Strong sense of ownership and urgency, balancing strategic priorities and day-to-day execution. - Experience supporting customer ramps, operational transformations, or large-scale logistics initiatives.
