As a founding member, you will work in a hybrid think-tank and R&D setup, collaborating with cross-functional teams to rethink credit operations and enable new commercial models.

Aufgaben

• Support strategic innovation initiatives by conducting investigations, R&D, and stakeholder handholding during change-management.
• Identify operational problems and develop and test innovative solutions across the organization.
• Serve as SME in at least one tech domain (full-stack development / AI-enabled automations / data).
• Prepare materials for prototyping proposals, validation reports, and innovation playbooks.
