Job summary

OSK Holdings Berhad is seeking an intern to support the Foundation with coordination, administration, research and documentation of programmes and partnerships. The role covers education, scholarships, women’s entrepreneurship, community development and volunteerism across multiple focus areas.

The internship provides practical exposure to corporate foundation operations and helps the team during a temporary manpower gap while contributing to ongoing initiatives and events.

Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate in relevant field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with MS Office and basic research methods.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate OSK Foundation programmes and partnerships.
• Schedule meetings with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare meeting notes and track action items.
• Maintain trackers of partner engagements and deliverables.
• Assist with programme monitoring and reporting.
• Support research on potential programmes and partners.
• Assist with events planning and participant registration.
• Prepare event invitations and communications.
