Job summary

TBS Asia Management Consultants Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a passionate Part-Time Foundation Lecturer to teach English at the Foundation level.

The role requires a degree in English/education/TESL/linguistics, a good command of English, and teaching or tutoring experience; the candidate should be able to conduct classes in Chinese. Teaching materials are provided, and fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Degree in English/education/TESL/linguistics or related field
• Teaching or tutoring experience will be an added advantage
• Able to conduct classes in Chinese

Responsibilities

• Conduct English lessons according to the assigned timetable.
• Teach English grammar, reading, writing, speaking and comprehension.
• Prepare and deliver lessons in an engaging and effective manner.
• Explain English concepts clearly and provide guidance to students.
• Prepare exercises, assignments, quizzes and other learning activities.
• Monitor students’ learning progress and provide feedback where necessary.
• Assist students with questions and provide additional guidance when needed.
• Coordinate with other teachers / management regarding students’ progress and lesson planning.
• Perform other teaching-related tasks as assigned.
