You will act as the primary advisor to clients and internal stakeholders, run discovery sessions to identify bottlenecks, and shape practical AI use cases using models like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Copilot.

• Strategic Consulting: Act as the primary advisor for clients and internal stakeholders, leading discovery sessions to uncover operational bottlenecks and identify viable AI use cases.

• Practical Model Utilization: Leverage industry-leading AI models (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and others) to build out workflows, automate processes, and solve specific business problems.

• AI Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end solutions that map out exactly where and how AI tools fit into broader business processes to drive efficiency and ROI.

• Advanced Prompt Engineering: Design, test, iterate, and optimize complex prompts to ensure AI models generate accurate, reliable, and highly tailored outputs for specific organizational needs.

• Change Management & Deployment: Guide stakeholders through the implementation phase, providing training and ensuring that the proposed AI solutions are successfully adopted by end-users.

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in a consultancy or client-facing technical role within the IT and AI industry

• Applied AI Knowledge: Proven experience delivering projects that incorporate AI, GenAI, or machine learning solutions into practical business environments.

• Frontier Model Expertise: Hands-on proficiency in utilizing major conversational AI platforms and foundation models (e.g., ChatGPT, Anthropic's Claude, etc.) to generate complex deliverables and automate tasks.

• Consulting & Communication: Exceptional ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical executives while also diving deep into workflow logic with daily operators.

• Solutioning & Prompting: Strong track record of architecting business solutions and applying advanced prompt engineering techniques (e.g., few-shot prompting, system instructions, chain-of-thought) to achieve consistent results.

• Technical AI Engineering: Hands-on coding experience (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and familiarity with interacting with AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic).

• Development Frameworks: Experience building AI prototypes or applications using frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
