Job summary

Xepa-Soul Pattinson (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Warehouse Assistant to perform routine planning, transferring, and receiving of goods in a high-productivity warehouse. You will ensure compliance with cGMP and Good Storage Practices while handling materials per production needs.

Responsibilities include unloading, receiving, storing, and moving materials, plus operating forklifts with proper training.

Qualifications

• Must have at least Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia; preferably with certificate or diploma.
• Numerical literacy and ability to count and record numbers.
• Ability to understand, read and write simple English.
• Have 2 years working experience in manufacturing or distribution operation.
• Training and certification by qualified trainer is required to operate forklifts and stackers.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive, and store materials in warehouse in an orderly manner.
• Manage raw and packaging materials according to production schedule and priority.
• Process and transfer materials to production upon request via EMRRS.
• Acknowledge receipt and place onto designated racks at the SPP Novo warehouse.
• Assist updating location ID after arranging materials onto racks.
• Support driving of a VNA truck in SPP Novo and follow safety rules.
• Move materials to staging area and perform dispensing area activities per SOP.
• Stop operation and inform superior if abnormalities detected that could affect identity, quality, purity or efficacy.
• Support routine cleaning in staging area and warehouse after work.
• Maintain segregation, identification and storage according to cGMP and Good Storage Practices.
• Maintain good housekeeping and cleanliness in material storage areas.
• Continuously improve accuracy of records and perform stock checks as needed.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor.

Job description

To perform routine activities of planning, transferring and receiving of goods in warehouse with high level of productivity by ensuring compliance with all applicable cGMP requirements in accordance with established company policies and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

To carry out unloading, receiving, orderly staking or storing of materials in warehouse

To manage raw and packaging materials in an appropriate, efficient manner and according to production schedule, priority and urgency.

To process and transfer materials to production upon request via EMRRS.

Acknowledge receipt of materials and arrange onto designated racks at SPP Novo warehouse for production use.

To assist updating location ID after arranging of materials onto racks.

To support driving of VNA truck in SPP Novo warehouse and strictly observe all safety regulations and instructions.

To transfer material to the staging area at SPP Novo and perform activities required at dispensing area by observing the standard operating procedures.

To stop the operation and inform superior if detect any abnormality and deviation that can cause impact to the identity, quality, purity and efficacy of product.

To support the routine cleaning activities at staging area and warehouse after completing work in staging area.

To maintain proper segregation, identification and storage of goods in accordance to cGMP guidelines and Good Storage Practices.

To maintain good housekeeping and cleanliness in material storage area hence according to storage location of various goods and materials.

To continuously raise accuracy of all records and perform stock check if necessary.

To perform other duties assigned to you by your superior.
