Job summary

Atotech, a brand of MKS Instruments, seeks a Warehouse Operator to prepare and complete orders for delivery, including loading, packing, labelling and shipping from our facility in Penang. You will report to the Warehouse Supervisor and work to maintain safety and efficiency across daily tasks.

Key responsibilities include stock handling, inventory control, and adherence to HSE policies, with focus on quality benchmarks and collaborative teamwork to optimize space and minimize discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a warehouse worker.
• Familiarity with inventory software and systems.
• Knowledge of modern warehousing practices.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects; forklift competence is a plus.
• Hold a valid forklift license and SPM qualification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup as scheduled.
• Receive, label, store, and track warehouse stock.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support audits.
• Keep work areas clean, safe and efficient.
• Report discrepancies to supervisor promptly.
• Operate warehouse vehicles and equipment in a preventive manner.
• Follow quality standards and applicable policies.
• Adhere to HSE policies and participate in safety initiatives.
