Job summary

MKS Instruments, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operator in Malaysia to prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule. You will report to the Warehouse Supervisor and work to maintain high quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include processing stock, performing inventories, and ensuring efficient space utilization while coordinating with supervisors and coworkers. A forklift license and SPM are preferred qualifications.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience in a warehouse role.
• Proficiency with inventory software, databases, and systems.
• Familiarity with modern warehousing methods and practices.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Current forklift license.
• SPM holder (Malaysian high school certificate).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup per schedule.
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
• Perform inventory controls and maintain quality standards for audits.
• Keep a clean, safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Report discrepancies and communicate with supervisor and coworkers.
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.
• Follow quality-service standards and procedures.
