About the role

Grand Arena Automotive Sdn Bhd (Proton 4S Centre) is seeking a talented and experienced Foreman / Senior Technician to join our team in Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians and overseeing the efficient and effective repair and servicing of Proton vehicles.

What you'll be doing

Supervising and coordinating the work of a team of technicians to ensure the timely and high-quality completion of vehicle repairs and servicing

Diagnosing and troubleshooting complex vehicle issues using the latest tools and technology

Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior technicians to develop their skills and knowledge

Maintaining detailed records of all work carried out and parts used

Ensuring the workshop operates in compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

Collaborating with the parts and customer service teams to provide a seamless customer experience

What we’re looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience as a qualified automotive technician, with a proven track record of successfully leading a team

Strong technical expertise and knowledge of Proton vehicle (Ideally)

Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills

Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear instructions and feedback

A passion for providing exceptional customer service

Relevant technical qualifications or certifications
