Qualifications

• 5+ years with a proven track record of leading a team of automotive technicians.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities for Proton vehicles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating the work of a team of technicians to ensure timely, high-quality repairs and servicing
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting complex vehicle issues using the latest tools and technology
• Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior technicians
• Maintaining detailed records of all work and parts used
• Ensuring workshop health, safety and environmental regulations are followed
• Collaborating with parts and customer service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
