Job summary

Jewel Sonic Sdn Bhd is seeking a Workshop Supervisor in Malaysia to oversee daily workshop operations, assign repair jobs, and ensure high-quality workmanship in line with Proton standards.

The role requires strong leadership, diagnostic and repair expertise, and the ability to coach technicians while coordinating with Service Advisors to maintain productivity and safety on the workshop floor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in the automotive industry, with supervisory or foreman experience preferred.
• Certificate/Diploma in Automotive Technology or related field.
• Strong technical knowledge in vehicle diagnostics and repair.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driving licence.

Responsibilities
