Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a capable F&B Supervisor to oversee daily outlet operations in Kuala Lumpur. The role covers front-of-house and back-of-house duties, including cashiering, order taking, and basic food preparation.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in F&B, leadership and multitasking skills, and is comfortable working shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Experience with POS systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in F&B industry (Supervisor experience preferred).
• Familiar with restaurant/outlet operations (experience in chicken rice or fast casual is an advantage).
• Able to handle both kitchen and service duties (multitasking).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of POS/cashier systems.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure smooth workflow and service quality.
• Support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including: Front: cashiering, order taking, customer service; Back: food preparation, basic cooking, coordinating food orders.
• Supervise and lead staff, including scheduling and task delegation.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Manage inventory, stock ordering, and basic cost control.
• Assist in training new staff and improving team performance.
• Ensure outlet meets sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
