Job summary

Bell Ward Malaysia seeks a Food Safety & GMP Specialist to lead GMP audits, sanitation compliance, and pest control programmes at a food manufacturing site.

The role drives food safety standards, audit readiness, corrective actions, and shopfloor capability building, including coaching staff and promoting a strong food safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Safety, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of food safety or quality experience in food manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience in GMP, sanitation, pest control, and GMP audit programmes.
• Knowledge of HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, or other GFSI-aligned standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and corrective action management skills.
