Arnott's Group in Malaysia—Campbell Malaysia hub—based in Petaling Jaya is seeking a Food Safety Specialist to execute site-wide GMP, sanitation, and pest-control programs.

You will own the GMP audit program end-to-end, coach GMP auditors, and partner with the Hygiene & Sanitation Lead to close sanitation gaps on the shop floor.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Food Science/ Food Technology/ Food Safety and 3–5 years' experience with GMP, sanitation, pest control, and GFSI standards.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science/ Food Technology/ Food Safety required.
• 3-5 years food safety/ quality experience in food manufacturing with hands-on GMP, sanitation, and pest control ownership.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, sanitation systems, pest control programs, and GFSI-aligned standards (e.g., FSSC 22000, HACCP, ISO 9001).
• Experience building and running GMP audit programs (planning, execution, reporting, corrective action follow-up).

Summary of the role

You’ll partner closely with the Food Safety Manager to execute site-wide food safety programs, with a primary focus on GMP, sanitation, and pest control. You’ll own the GMP audit and inspection program end-to-end, act as the site SME for pest control, and lead capability building through coaching and training.

This role will be based in Petaling Jaya (Campbell Cheong Chan).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science/ Food Technology/ Food Safety
• 3-5 years food safety/ quality experience in food manufacturing with hands-on GMP, sanitation, and pest control ownership.
• Strong working knowledge of GMP, sanitation systems, pest control programs, and GFSI-aligned standards (e.g., FSSC 22000, HACCP, ISO 9001).
• Experience building and running GMP audit programs (planning, execution, reporting, corrective action follow-up).
• Able to interpret operational data to identify risks and drive risk-based actions.
