The Arnott's Group, Campbell Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur (Asia hub) is seeking an undergraduate engineering intern to support our Campbell Cheong Chan (PJ) site. You will assist in line capability studies and help document continuous improvement projects within a hands-on production environment.

You will learn to work with cross-functional teams across production, maintenance and quality while developing CAD and data analysis skills in a real-world setting.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Food Engineering.
• Basic knowledge of engineering principles, project management, and manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and data analysis tools is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to work in a hands-on factory setting.

Responsabilités

• Support Continuous improvement project documentation, reports, Work Instruction, One Point Lesson (OPL) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct research and feasibility studies for new continuous improvement projects with operation team.
• Monitor project progress, track timelines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams (production, maintenance, and quality).
• Involve in Gemba walk to identify waste opportunity and follow-up on the agreeable action list.

We’re the team helping Arnott’s win in Asia. Campbell Malaysia is the Asia hub for The Arnott’s Group, based in Kuala Lumpur, shaping strategy and building our footprint across the region.

This role will be based in Campbell Cheong Chan (PJ).

What You’ll Be Doing
