Job summary

CERGAS NOBLE MANUFACTURING SDN BHD is seeking a QA/QC assistant in Sarawak to perform pre-operational checks and comprehensive quality inspections across raw materials, WIP, and finished products. You will maintain meticulous QC records and assist in CAPA investigations while supporting a fast-paced production environment.

The role welcomes fresh graduates with basic GMP/Halal knowledge and strong analytical and communication skills, and requires proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-operational checks before production commencement.
• Inspect product quality, weight, appearance, packaging, labeling, and coding against specifications.
• Conduct quality inspections on raw materials, WIP, and finished products.
• Maintain QC records, inspection reports, checklists and production documentation.
• Identify and report product quality issues and deviations; follow up on CAPA actions.
