Job summary

Rinda Food Industries Sdn. Bhd. in Penang seeks a detail-oriented production administrative associate responsible for attendance, inventory reports, material issuance, and record keeping under ISO 22000, GMP, and HACCP.

The role involves coordinating manual packing, stock control, and production records to ensure smooth operations. You will work closely with supervisors to prepare reports, manage inventory movements, and maintain up-to-date records.

Qualifications

• Good attitude and team player.

Responsibilities

• Follow the company ISO 22000 system, GMP and personal hygiene practices and complied to HACCP requirements.
• a) To check on employees attendance;
• b) To prepare Production Report;
• c) To issue raw materials for manual packing;
• d) To prepare monthly inventory report;
• e) To order sticker ( Export & Local order);
• f) To verify Production Record;
• g) To issue Disposal or Reject Form for raw materials after order is finished;
• h) To prepare work assignment for manual packing;
• i) To control inventory movement of packaging materials;
• j) To keep track record on test piece on metal detector at an hourly basis;
• k) To control on stock for production utensil;
• l) To issue Requisition Form for employees' attire (uniform, mask, hairnet, shoes, gloves and etc.
• m) Ensure that all records are kept continually up-to-date through regular filing.
• n) Other responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.
