Job summary

Jimat Jaya Sdn. Bhd., a CAB Cakaran Corporation Berhad subsidiary, is seeking a factory supervisor to monitor production output and supervise daily activities at our Sungai Petani, Kedah plant. You will plan and assign tasks to the team, ensuring safety standards and orderly operations across shifts.

Willingness to work shifts and overtime is required. Candidates with 1 year of related experience, especially in food processing, are preferred and must be prepared to work in Sungai Lalang, Kedah.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the food processing industry.
• Good attitude, trustworthy, hardworking, disciplined, and responsible.
• Willing to work shifts when required.
• Willing to work overtime when necessary.
• Must be willing to work in Sungai Lalang, Kedah.

Responsibilities

• To monitor production output to ensure operations remain at an optimal level.
• Supervise daily production activities and oversee subordinates to ensure compliance with safety procedures and workplace ethics.
• Plan and assign tasks effectively to team members.
• To ensure the factory environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Report any factory-related issues promptly to the relevant departments.
• To monitor attendance, punctuality, and discipline of subordinates.
• To demonstrate discipline and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned when required.
