Job summary

Enhance Famous Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a responsible Food Processing Operator to join our production team. You will operate production machinery, handle raw materials, monitor quality, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Experience in food manufacturing and machinery operation is advantageous. The role requires reliability, teamwork, and readiness to work overtime with own transport may be preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing or production is an added advantage.
• Experience operating production machinery will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
• Responsible, disciplined, punctual, and able to work well in a team.
• Physically fit and able to work in a production environment.
• Willing to work overtime when required; own transport preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery according to SOPs.
• Prepare, weigh, and handle raw materials according to production requirements.
• Monitor processes to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Carry out basic equipment checks and report issues to supervisor.
• Record daily production output and relevant production data accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the production area and equipment.
• Follow food safety requirements and workplace safety procedures.
• Assist with packing, labeling, and handling of finished products as needed.
• Work closely with the production team to achieve daily targets.
