Job summary

Enhance Famous Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a responsible Food Processing Operator to join our production team. You will operate production machinery, handle raw materials, monitor quality, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Experience in food manufacturing and machinery operation is advantageous. The role requires reliability, teamwork, and readiness to work overtime with own transport may be preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing or production is an added advantage.
• Experience operating production machinery will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
• Responsible, disciplined, punctual, and able to work well in a team.
• Physically fit and able to work in a production environment.
• Willing to work overtime when required; own transport preferred.

• Assist with packing, labeling, and handling of finished products as needed.

Operate and monitor food processing machinery according to standard operating procedures.

Prepare, weigh, and handle raw materials according to production requirements.

Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and consistency.

Carry out basic equipment checks and report any issues to the supervisor.

Record daily production output and relevant production data accurately.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the production area and equipment.

Follow company SOPs, food safety requirements, and workplace safety procedures.

Assist with packing, labelling, and handling of finished products when required.

Work closely with the production team to achieve daily production targets.

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Previous experience in food manufacturing or production is an added advantage.

Experience operating production machinery will be an advantage.

Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
