Job summary

Sri Nona Food Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled manager to lead safety, quality and production operations at our Malaysian facility. You will champion SH&E policies, drive investigations, and ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, HALAL, ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 while coordinating with cross-functional teams to maintain production efficiency.

The role requires a degree in Food Science/Technology or Engineering and 5–7 years in manufacturing, with strong SAP proficiency and leadership

Qualifications

• Degree in Food Science/Food Technology/Engineering.
• Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with ISO 9001, HACCP, FSSC 22000, GMP and SAP.
• Proficient in SAP production modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, health and environment programs and investigations.
• Oversee quality monitoring to ensure HACCP and ISO compliance.
• Manage daily production operations, planning and inventory.
• Drive cost management and production efficiency improvements.
• Coach and mentor department staff and ensure regulatory compliance.
