Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. in Malaysia is seeking a production operator to follow plans, set up lines, and help meet daily targets. You will monitor quality and safety, record line specifications, and escalate issues to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary qualification.
• Able to do rotation shift work inclusive of OT and weekend support.
• Good work discipline and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Follow plan or instructions from superior to meet delivery schedules.
• Set up the production line accordingly to the procedure.
• Perform a proper line checks at working area before process start and as required.
• Manage daily operations to meet department objectives.
• To alert any out of control condition (quality and machine) to superior and maintenance for actions.
• Highlight unsafe working environment and equipment.
• Daily record process line specification into process record book provided.
