Job summary

6239 Magnum ICC MY Sdn.Bhd. is seeking a dedicated Supply Planner to ensure stock availability and balance service levels with cost in a fast‑moving FMCG environment.

You will collaborate with sourcing units, suppliers, procurement and logistics to optimize inventory and ensure reliable customer fulfillment. Key duties include reviewing supply plans, managing capacity constraints, placing POs, and monitoring days‑on‑hand while driving continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG supply planning and inventory optimization.
• Experience coordinating with sourcing, procurement and logistics.
• Proven ability to review and adjust plans based on demand forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Operational supply planning and liaison with sourcing units.
• Consolidate supply plans and share with customer service teams.
• Attend capacity planning meetings and identify shortfalls with mitigations.
• Prepare loss-tree analysis for non-supplied orders.
• Review KPIs with sourcing units after each planning cycle.
• Ensure product availability to meet demand and maintain service levels.
• Manage inventory and days-on-hand against targets.
