Job summary

Power Root Marketing Sdn Bhd is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive sales performance, manage customer relationships, and expand market presence in Klang Valley and Penang. You will implement sales strategies, build partnerships with distributors and retailers, and identify new business opportunities.

The role requires 2+ years FMCG sales experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel within the assigned territory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key retail partners.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue and market growth.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor product visibility, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and other internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and execution of promotions.
• Prepare and submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction through consistent engagement and follow-up.
