Power Root Marketing Sdn Bhd invites applications for a Sales Executive to drive sales performance, manage customer relationships, and expand market presence in the assigned territory. The role requires coordinating with distributors and retailers to meet daily targets and promote our herbal beverages.

You will develop sales strategies, travel within the territory, and report forecasts and insights to management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel within the assigned territory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key retail partners.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue and market growth.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor product visibility, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and other internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and promotions.
• Prepare and submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction through consistent engagement and follow-up.
