Job summary

Kah Ban Trading in Malaysia seeks an experienced FMCG sales professional to drive growth by developing existing customers and opening new accounts. You will maintain strong relationships with key customers, manage collections, and ensure products are well merchandised across assigned outlets.

The role requires 5+ years in FMCG sales, fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English, and ability to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least SP M qualification.
• Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
• Minimum 5 years of FMCG sales experience.
• Self-confident, proactive, and able to work under pressure with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to develop and sustain long-term professional partnerships.
• Develop existing customers and open new accounts to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Monitor sales representatives' performance and provide continuous support, coaching, and guidance to foster a high-performance and professional sales culture.
• Ensure products are properly merchandised and displayed at all assigned outlets.
• Monitor competitors' pricing, promotions, and market activities, and report relevant findings to management.
• Manage and follow up on customer collections to ensure payments are received within the required timeframe.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
