Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's in business/marketing with 1–3 years in sales.
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role.
Track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
Experience in FMCG sales & distribution is a plus.
Good communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

Oversee regional sales operations and key accounts (IKA/LKA).
Plan and execute marketing strategies and trade activities.
Develop relationships with retailers and buyers.
Lead the sales force and merchandising at regional/branch level.
Review promotions and trade marketing budgets.
Collaborate with Finance, Logistics, and Sales Marketing to ensure plan execution.
Monitor monthly AR and collections.
Research competitor pricing and market development.
Achieve monthly KPIs and sales targets; suggest improvements.
