Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Demand Planning specialist to drive forecast accuracy and process improvements. You will develop dashboards, flag stock risks, and support S&OP alignment with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes data governance, ERP familiarity (SAP, O9/Anaplan), and strong analytical skills to enable better decision-making and reporting efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
• 1–2 years in Demand/Supply Planning or analytics, preferably FMCG.
• PowerBI proficiency is advantageous.
• Understanding of ERP (SAP) or planning tools (O9/Anaplan) is beneficial.
• Experience with master data governance and data accuracy.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards to assess forecast reasonability and bias.
• Flag risks related to stock availability and liaise with Supply Chain and commercial teams.
• Support forecast error analysis and continuous improvement.
• Ensure forecast integrity within planning systems and rollover processes.
• Create a central planning file for Demand Planning team.
• Highlight variances between S&OP forecasts and plans to drive alignment.
• Enhance and harmonize Demand Planning reports and PowerBI dashboards.
• Drive automation to reduce monthly reporting time.
• Maintain master data accuracy in SAP and historical data systems.
• Support Demand Planning and Commercial teams with data inputs.
• Harmonize key reports across markets and support NPD tracking.
