FM Global (Johor) - Customer Service Executive
Responsibilities include:
- Manage day-to-day booking with carriers, customers and related parties.
- Telemarketing with customers.
- Act as support team for Sales personnel.
- Attend to customer enquiries and problems.
- Communicate and report customers’ shipment status.
- Ensure that all daily transportation and shipments are scheduled to meet customers’ needs.
- Ensure opening and closing of jobs are done according to requirements.
- Prepare customer invoice for closed job tasks.
- Respond to customer or agent enquiries promptly and act accordingly.
- Build good rapport and relationships with customers, agents, shipping liners and co-loaders.
- Ad-hoc assignments delegated by superiors.
Qualifications
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, organized approach to multitasking.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance, courteous manner, and clear, friendly phone voice.
- Full-Time positions available – must have initiative and be able to work independently.
- Knowledge in freight forwarding industry is an added advantage.
- Team worker and result-oriented.
