Job summary

CPI Food Concept in Malaysia is seeking a Florist Manager to design bouquets, manage seasonal orders, and lead a small florist team. You will oversee stock, coordinate deliveries, and ensure high standards of presentation in a busy outlet.

The role requires strong floristry skills, leadership, and excellent customer service. Fresh graduates with passion for floral design are welcome; weekend and holiday work is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of floristry experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of floral arrangement, flower care, and shop operations.
• Creative with a strong eye for colour, composition, and design.
• Good leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant floristry experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates with a strong passion for floral design are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of floral arrangement and flower care is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn and develop professional floristry skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and create bouquets, floral arrangements, and floral displays for events and weddings
• Provide professional customer service, take orders, and recommend suitable flowers and arrangements based on customer needs
• Handle fresh flower inventory, including stock management, supplier orders, and quality control
• Coordinate customer orders, delivery arrangements, and order schedules
• Maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and overall presentation of the flower shop
• Ensure flowers, tools, equipment, and work areas are properly maintained
• Assist with peak-season preparation and high-volume orders, including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Chinese New Year
