Job summary

MONO LOOP (M) SDN BHD is seeking staff to support daily sales operations in Selangor. You will handle cashiering, assist customers with selections, and ensure displays are neat and welcoming.

Responsibilities include maintaining store cleanliness, following company standards, and performing duties assigned by supervisors to ensure smooth store operations.

• Perform cashiering duties whenever required by the Company.
• Provide courteous, professional, and high-quality customer service.
• Assist customers with merchandise selection, enquiries, and purchases.
• Arrange, replenish, and maintain merchandise displays in an orderly and presentable manner.
• Ensure the cleanliness, tidiness, and overall appearance of the sales floor and related areas.
• Follow Company procedures, work instructions, and operational standards.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Floor Leader and Operation Manager from time to time.
