Job summary

Segi Fresh - Retails is seeking a Floor Manager to oversee daily store operations, stock handling, promotions, and cash processes at our Perak locations. You will lead a small team, ensure accurate stock levels, and maintain an engaging store layout that supports sales and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth business performance.
• Manage receiving of goods and verify quantity and quality from suppliers.
• Monitor stock levels including low stock, Out of Stock (OOS), near expiry and expired items.
• Conduct stock take, cycle count and stock adjustments when necessary.
• Ensure accurate price updates and proper execution of weekly/monthly promotions.
• Maintain store layout according to planogram and ensure shelves are fully stocked and organized.
• Manage cash handling processes including opening float, closing counter and bank-in procedures.
• Prepare and update daily sales and stock reports.
• Handle damaged goods, returns and disposal according to company procedures.
• Conduct regular floor walk to monitor store condition and staff performance.
• Ensure overall store cleanliness and compliance with SOP.
