Job summary

The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking an experienced SSHE leader to drive logistics safety, security and governance across our operations in Malaysia. You will design, deploy, and refine programs to prevent incidents, reduce losses, and ensure compliance with global and local standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics operations within fast-moving consumer goods.
• Hands-on SSHE standards implementation in operational environments.
• Field activities including site visits, verification, and audits to drive compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and enhance Ice Cream Logistics and Workplace Safety & Security Programs to reduce incidents and losses.
• Identify and mitigate high-risk activities across logistics interfaces with robust controls.
• Establish and lead SSHE governance to ensure global standards and local regulations are met.
• Integrate SSHE into daily GTM operations across delivery, warehousing, distribution, and sales.
• Lead safe travel and fleet safety programs to improve driver behavior and road risk management.
• Strengthen security and loss prevention through route risk assessments and access control.
• Track KPIs and ensure timely CAPA closure and risk escalation.
